In today’s fast-paced world, taking care of our mental well-being has become more important than ever. For Mental Health Awareness Month, we asked some of our YTTP team members to share how they take care of themselves and their mental health. Whether you're looking for new techniques to adopt or just curious about how others cope, let’s learn, grow, and take better care of ourselves together.

I make sure to eat my lunch outside. I sit in the grass, enjoy my nourishing food and the sun gives me the boost of energy that I need for the rest of the day.
