Youth To The People ensures there is substantial information supporting the safety of our products when used as directed by consumers. However, as there could be certain ingredients that physicians may not recommend for use during pregnancy and nursing, we always recommend that you discuss this with your physician and follow their advice.

Most ingredients derived from grain sources are highly refined and retain no traces of gluten proteins. For less refined ingredients from natural sources, we have established strict limits on the level of potentially allergenic proteins.

Since individuals exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, if you have any questions or concerns you should discuss with your medical care provider. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. Since some ingredients are known by more than one name, we use the standard industry FDA-recognized names.

Never. Our line is 100% vegan and cruelty free. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them.

Our products have been tested to have at least a 2-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. Once opened, please refer to the POA(period after opening) symbol that identifies the lifetime of the product after its package has been opened for the first time. It depicts an open cosmetic jar with a written number of months.

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the room does not exceed 80 degrees or drop below 40 degrees.

Yes, they are. It's one of the main reasons we choose glass, post-consumer fiber papers, and recyclable plastic for our packaging. But it's up to each of us to properly clean our recyclables for processing; excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly. Yes, we do. Preservatives are essential for any water-based product stability, which is why you’ll find preservative like phenoxyethanol on our ingredients list. However, all preservative are utilized at a level deems safe and compliant with all rules and regulations. For example, the percentage of phenoxyethanol is always less than 1%, the level found safe for use in cosmetics globally. Sometimes, particularly in the case of our Superfood family products, it’s less than a half a percentage as this is paired with a food-grade preservative called potassium sorbate. YTTP is dedicated to creating products that contain optimal clinical percentages—that includes our actives of course, but also the preservatives we use to keep our formulas shelf stable. 

Yes, absolutely. Our line is made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be. Animals are our friends and that’s something that will never change.

We respond to all email inquiries in the order that they come in. Be sure to submit your request through our Contact Us page or email us directly at [email protected]. If in regards to an order, please provide us with your order number and photos detailing your concern.

Our typical response time is within 2 business days. During holidays and sitewide sales/promotions, we experience an increase in the volume of customer inquiries, resulting in a delay in our team responding to your inquiry within our standard timeframe. Please try to avoid sending multiple messages as it might further delay the response time.

Log in to your Account page or use the "order status" page HERE to check your order status. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Due to our quick processing time, we unfortunately are not able to change the address once an order has been placed. We do apologize for this inconvenience. We recommend contacting UPS immediately to request the package be rerouted to a UPS access point near you or to request the package be returned to sender. Once the tracking number has a status of “Delivered” or “Return to Sender” then reach out for additional assistance.

Currently, our site only allows for one discount or promotion to be applied at a time. If there is an active gift with purchase promotion, please make sure the promotional item has been added to your cart prior to checkout.

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If an order is returned to sender, a refund is automatically issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days of being delivered.

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept multiple payment types to be used on the same order.

All orders will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
