Our products have been tested to have at least a 2-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. Once opened, please refer to the POA (period after opening) symbol that identifies the lifetime of the product after its package has been opened for the first time. It depicts an open cosmetic jar with a written number of months.

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the room does not exceed 80 degrees or drop below 40 degrees.

But it's up to each of us to properly clean our recyclables for processing; Excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly. Our typical response time is within 2 business days. During holidays and sitewide sales/promotions, we experience an increase in the volume of customer inquiries, resulting in a delay in our team responding to your inquiry within our standard timeframe. Due to our quick processing time, we unfortunately are not able to change the address once an order has been placed. We do apologize for this inconvenience. We recommend contacting UPS immediately to request the package to be rerouted to a UPS access point near you or to request the package to be returned to the sender. Once the tracking number has a status of “Delivered” or “Return to Sender” then reach out for additional assistance.

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot modify orders. There is a very short window for order cancellations. This can be done in your account’s order status or by contacting us immediately after placing your order. All orders will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped.
