Payments & Ordering

PAYMENT

We currently honor and accept all major credit cards which include: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks and money orders.  If you are having difficulties checking out, we recommend contacting our Consumer Care team or trying a different card.

ORDERS

There is a very short window for order cancellations. This can be done in your account’s order status or by contacting us immediately after placing your order.

After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days, unless an expedited method of shipping was requested.

To receive a full refund for your original form of payment, please review our Return Policy to properly prepare your return order, and return the products to us at the following address:

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

In the event your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please email us.
