Shipping Methods & Rates
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50 before tax and after discounts. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or the US Virgin Islands are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Please be aware that shipping estimates given at checkout do not account for order processing time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 4-6 additional days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

Terms of Shipping + Delivery
Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. Youth To The People is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact UPS and file a claim with them.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
International Orders
For shipments outside of the United States please check with a Sephora in your region or Cult Beauty UK which ships internationally.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
Report Other Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns
Returns
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a label. Please note, Youth To The People does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. We will generate a prepaid label for a $8 fee, which will be deducted from your return total.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.
*Please note that engraved items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
If you buy Youth To The People products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
