Shipping and Returns


Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50 after discounts.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. Youth To The People is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact UPS and file a claim with them.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

International Orders

For shipments outside of the United States please check with a Sephora in your region or Cult Beauty UK which ships internationally.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please reach out to our team to process your return or exchange. Products must be returned or exchanged in new or gently used condition. Once a return is received at our warehouse, we will proceed with processing and payment.

If you buy Youth To The People products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
