How to Stream Good Vibes at Home

27 Mar 2020

Welcome to day (insert your personal count) of solitude, a.k.a government-mandated social distancing or shelter-in-place, the most essential practice to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Let’s be real, it feels like it’s been years.

We’re all doing our best to hang in there—but we also know the idea of staying home for an untold number of additional weeks feels daunting, lonely, and uncertain. If you’re in need of some solo self-care, we have some ideas (click here), but if you’re in need of some connection, albeit virtual, we have that, too.

We’re hoping to come out of this experience feeling more connected with friends, family, and perhaps most importantly, ourselves. This is the time to both be there for and lean on our community for support—whether that’s phoning a friend, sending your WFH outfit snaps via group text, or partaking in pushup challenges. It’s these individual actions we can take to be responsible for our own emotional wellbeing that will get us to a healthier future together...and perhaps even come out better than we went in.

With you, our friends, in mind, we’ve compiled some of the best, most entertaining, inspiring, and beautiful ways to help us structure our days and keep our minds occupied as the world slows down. See what sparks your interest—and remember, if it feels right, this is also a great time to unplug.
