Love it and please make a refill size!
Smells great, lathers well, and doesn't dry out my hands. I want a refill size so I don't need to buy a new pump bottle every time!

Horrible customer service.
I received this hand wash as a gift and in the box was a broken pump. I emailed customer service’s and they told me they will not replace the pump because it was a gift. This hand wash is now useless. Really disappointing customer service. They say “with gratitude” yet lacking in anything of a reflection of that. I have been using their products for a long time but will not continue to do so after this. Extremely distasteful.

Smell is nice but too expensive
If you like sandalwood / cedar wood / hinoki you will like the scent. I have been told by others that it smells like Axe body spray, however. My biggest complaint is the price - $40 for 13 oz is a lot - for comparison another high end brand that starts with the letter O sells $32 for 16 oz. Probably wouldn’t buy this soap again but will enjoy it while it lasts.
