Our products are gluten-free as they do not contain any gluten based ingredients, but are not made in a gluten-free facility which is why we do not make that claim on our packaging.

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the room does not exceed 80 degrees or drop below 40 degrees.

Yes, they are. It's one of the main reasons we choose glass, post-consumer fiber papers, and recyclable plastic for our packaging. But it's up to each of us to properly clean our recyclables for processing; excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly. Then you're good to go.

We do. Any water based product like ours is at high risk of growing bacteria, which can be harmful to the skin. The use of the preservatives helps stabilize the products and allow them to have a happier and longer shelf life.

Yes, absolutely. Our line is made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be. Animals are our friends and that’s something that will never change.

Orders + Billing

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Lost, stolen and damaged packages happen. That's why we give you the option to add Route insurance to your order. Route gives you coverage over any shipping issues that may rise and will ensure you get the issue resolved quickly. Go ahead and file your Route claim!

If you chose to opt out of Route shipping insurance, we cannot guarantee your lost, stolen, or damaged package will be replaced or refunded. Please file a claim with UPS to get further help with your issue. If your UPS claim has been resolved and future help is needed from YTTP, please email us proof of claim and we can take it from there.

If you would like to change the shipping address on your order, please email with your order number and correct shipping address information within 2 hours from purchasing and before the order is shipped. Once the order has shipped we recommend contacting your shipping carrier. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet please email us with your order number and we can cancel the order for you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Currently, our site only allows for one discount or promotion to be applied at a time. If there is an active gift with purchase promotion, please make sure the promotional item has been added to your cart prior to checkout.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email with your order information within 2 hours from purchasing before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we are not able to cancel it.

All items that are processed separately must be sent in separate boxes with the pre-paid label that was generated for that respective return. The weight capacity is set according to the items selected to return. If you send items from multiple items that were processed separately in one box, your refund will only be for the item(s) that are connected to that particular label. Also, due to weight standards that are unique to the item(s) selected, the box may be shipped back to you due to the weight of the box being over the capacity. If you processed items for a return separately and they are from the same order number but would like to return all the items in one box, please reach out to us at!

As our company grows we have switched over to charging both state and municipal taxes on orders. For each state, it charges municipal tax for the nearest region our products are sold in. This means it may add a municipal tax for a city you do not necessarily live in but are in the same region as.

Route Package Protection

Lost, stolen and damaged packages happen. That's why we give you the option to add Route insurance to your order. Route is premium package protection for your online order. When you add Route to your order it gives you coverage over any shipping issues that may rise and will ensure you get the issue resolved quickly.

When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

​If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. Simply file your Route claim with the email link they sent you, or head to Route's team will fully handle your claim and help you come to a resolution. Please note that all stolen packages over $100 will need to file a valid police report per Route's policy.

Packages that were marked as delivered but not received (stolen) can be filed for claim right away. Orders over $100 USD require a police report on stolen packages. Police reports can be made over the phone, in-person, and, in some cases, online. Most customers are able to complete this report within 10-15 minutes with their local police department.

Packages that are stuck in transit, or lost, can file claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update on your carrier tracking number. If your package was shipped without tracking, then you can file your claim no earlier than 30 days and no later than 60 days from order date if you believe your package has been lost.

Packages that are damaged can file claims with photos of the package and item(s) (required) no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Be sure you do not discard of any damaged items before you snap a photo to provide for Route.
