Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50 after discounts.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping and processing. Please see the below map for your estimated standard shipping delivery time by location.

For Two Day Shipping, the order must be placed on a business day by 12:00pm PST to ensure the “Two Day” delivery. All Two Day orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with “Two Day” delivery no matter the location on the above map.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses. 

International Orders

For shipments outside of the United States please check with a Sephora in your region. 

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. All returns are free and a label will be provided. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the return in 3-5 business days.  

If you buy Youth To The People products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue. 

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
