Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping and processing.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
For shipments outside of the United States please check with a Sephora in your region.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "My Order" or "Can I Change My Order?" and Order #. Order corrections must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us and we will replace or refund your product. All returns are free and a label will be provided. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Once a return is received at our warehouse, we will process the return in 2-3 business days.
If you buy Youth To The People products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
