Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $50 after discounts.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 4-10 business days for standard shipping and processing. Please see the below map for your estimated standard shipping delivery time by location.

Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. Youth To The People is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact UPS and file a claim with them.
For Two Day Shipping, the order must be placed on a business day by 12:00pm PST to ensure the “Two Day” delivery. All Two Day orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with “Two Day” delivery no matter the location on the above map. Two day shipping is currently unavailable due to COVID-19.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
Lost, stolen and damaged packages happen. That's why we give you the option to add Route insurance to your order. Route gives you coverage over any shipping issues that may rise and will ensure you get the issue resolved quickly. Simply file your Route claim here or on the app and their team will take care of it. Orders over $100 will need to file a valid police report per Route's policy.
If you chose to opt out of Route shipping insurance, we cannot guarantee your lost, stolen, or damaged package will be replaced or refunded. Please file a claim with UPS to get further help with your issue.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email. Order cancellations must be made within 2 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
