Superfood Smoothie

Hey guys, I’m Madeline and I run Social Marketing here at YTTP. I was deep into superfoods before I joined the team here, and it’s safe to say my obsession has only grown since then. We’re constantly sharing our favorite new discoveries and health hacks at the office - and today I’m sharing my favorite antioxidant rich smoothie recipe with you all.

I love this smoothie because it’s the perfect combination of brain-boosting antioxidants, immune-boosting vitamins, and easily digestible protein. It’s the perfect way to start your morning.

Ingredients
1 cup raw organic hemp milk
½ cup frozen wild blueberries
¼ cup frozen organic raspberries
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 serving maqui powder
1 serving gelatinized maca root
Splash of filtered water

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender
Pulse until smooth
